Pilot Catastrophe Services: October 2005 – Present

Flood (Sandy – wrote 54 Flood estimates.  Most of these estimates were over $100,000 including one total.  The total was written to over $400,000 and paid the limit of $250,000).  Also wrote estimate for property damage from Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Wind, Hail and Sewer Backup.  Chosen by Citizens of Florida Management as Team Lead for Outside Adjuster QA for Tropical Storm Irene.  Also chosen by the State Farm Storm Managers for approximately 1200 Second Inspections resulting from the 2011 North Texas Hail Storm.  Second Inspections required meeting with the Insured’s contractor or PA to resolve any outstanding issues regarding missed damage, coverage or pricing issues. This assignment lasted for 7 months.  All assignments require 12+ hour work days until the assignments are completed.
